Cheers Phil .... Hotel sounds good enough for us and for the future maybe? ... Ŵe stayed over the road at the Le'toile just gone, but seen the Efendi and thought it would be ideal for our 'cheap' week in September

We also had a meal in the Maestro one night which was good, so even better if we get a 'resident' discount :D

I've stayed a couple of times at the Efendi, lovely little hotel. Pool area a little small but beach is on door step, rooms are big enough, plenty storage, safes in reception and you can hire a fridge.

10% discount on food in Maestro. If you like sitting on balcony and people watching ask for a room overlooking the bar/restaurant

Ha ha ... I'm more a scenery sort of person rather than a people watcher

I've seen the photos and yep the Pool is small, but with the Sea right behind do you really need a big one anyway (Ooh err!)

Surprised the Safes are in Reception rather than the Rooms, but that shouldn't be a problem. Probably worth hiring a Fridge even just to keep a Bottle or 2 of Water in I suppose.

I guess the Air Con is decent in the Rooms? As in the Le'toile recently it was awful and we were sweltering most nights!

Yes air con really good in the rooms, included in the price of the room too.

Can't remember the fridge hire, I think it was £15 or £20 a week. Had no problem with the safes in reception there was always someone on reception.

Like you say beach in on the doorstep, just beware some of the ground floor rooms don't have a brigade balcony as such so the patio door opens onto the pool area. Wouldn't bother me but while I was there a couple asked to be moved from the ground floor 8)
