However what I have found has been all positive... So that's good. If you trawl through the reviews for the Babadan Apartments on Trip Adviser there are a couple of reviews hidden in there. Like you I would love to hear the experiences of someone who has stayed there, or knows the hotel well...

Once you get there it is well worth it the views are stunning. The hotel staff are very friendly, and no hassle to eat or drink there. The pool is on the small side, but in our second week there we had it to ourselves. The hotel is central to everything and I would go back in a heartbeat if there was a lift. Hope this helps

There does seem to be Air con units on the pictures and it does say it has had a refurbishment recently. How recently I don't know. Read reviews on TR, TA & ICR before booking too. I read a review on TA (I think) which said you could use the Apartment's pool. Also read there was no lift which does concern me a little, but we have booked with ICR and have requested a low floor as there are no ground floor rooms. I'm sure we will be fine. Like I said only found positive things about it, apart from the one you've mentioned
At the end of the day if it's clean and safe I'm happy. Holidays are what we make them.... Roll on August 14!!
