Firstly, thanks for your reviews so far, really enjoyed reading them.

We are off to the Sun Village end of July, which room were you in with the broken air con, I presume it will repaired by then but just as a precaution and we are in the same room I would like to go forearmed knowing that it's been broken for a while.

Did they make an attempt to repair it while you were there?

They were going to get someone in to fix it, but JT at ICR knows about it and was going to make sure it was followed up and dealt with, Dave.
