MOONLIGHT CRUISE

Postby kayterry » 21 May 2013 07:54

Just wondered if anyone has been on the Moonlight Cruise & could give us an idea what the food is like & the prices of drinks etc? For the price we would be paying we are not expecting anything 'fantastic' but we would just like to know.

Don't know about food or drinks as never been on one. But these are being offered as a freebie if you book something else everywhere.

We did it last year and it was a freebie (won in a raffle at Red Lion). Food was OK and drink prices just slightly more than in resort (can't remember exact price but know it wasn't expensive).....however, I wouldn't do it again. We didn't go very far from Marmaris harbour, the boat just kept turning round every 20 minutes so that you had a different view. We thought it would maybe go around by Icmeler and then back to Marmaris but I think I could have swam to Marmaris harbour

Its suited for younger crowd as they blast the music and the whole point of it is to be out on the sea at late night so dont go for it if you are not up to such enterntainment. ;)

And there was me thinking it was supposed to be romantic, wining and dining my wife whilst being serenaded to with Gangnam Style is not my 'cup of tea' lol

I'll also be giving this one a miss.
