old village

Could anybody please tell me how to get to the old village from the kapmar. Want to see a bit of traditional way of life whilst I'm there

Hi Laticslass,
From the Kalmar, head away from the beach to the main road, turn left and head for the "dry" canal, at the dry canal turn right and head for the rear of the resort. Try and keep to the left of the resort, as near to the mountains as possible, you will find small farms, the older mosque and bakery, Sinbads is also in this area.

Come out of the Kapmar go left straight across the x roads and keep walking just keep taking different roads once you getget to the next x roads you wont get lost amazing what you come across ...I did it last year

If you are going up there check out Cafe Rose just before you get there. It's literally their Garden shaded by overhanging trees and should not be missed.
