LOOKING FOR AN OLD FRIEND FROM 2006-2008

Back in May 2006 i met my Turkish husband who worked at the original bamboo bar by the canal he also worked at the sports bar at the side and at the lemon tree. He had a friend who used the english name Martin who also worked with him at the bamboo he was a family man all 5foot nothing aged about 30 with 2 daughters .The next season 2007 hubby worked elsewhere and Martin moved to the lemon tree. When we went back in october 2008 Martin ,whos Turkish name sounded something like mucrami was working in Kumlubuk .
Anyway to cut a long story short we are going back to Turkey this summer and hubby would like to try and find and catch up with his old friend.i know its a long shot and not much to go on but i wondered if anyone can recongnise who i am on about and his whereabouts .
We will be visiting icmeler and Kumlubuk and It will not be a hardship going round all the bars etc looking for him but just thought that this might make it a bit easier !

Hi mrsalageyik. I cannot answer your question but last year the owner of Lemon Tree, which had closed down, was working with his brother in a restaurant called Turkish Delight across a side road from the Titanic restaurant. It is on the main road near the Centre of town. Perhaps he will be able to help you.

Hi mrsalageyik, did martin work at the chinese resteraunt along the main road, and then had a stall on the canal selling football tee shirts ?

We lost touch after oct 2008 because hubbys phone broke and we could not retreve his contact list all we know is that upto Oct 2008 martin worked in Kumlubuk . We dont go on holiday until september so i will see if i have any photos i could post to make it a bit easier
