As i mentioned earlier we have just come back from Bitez, we had a lovely time and will definately be going back. We are booked for Icmeler next year and really looking forward to it as we always do, we just like trying different places in Turkey as each region is slightly different. We always visit Icmeler inbetween as we love it but looks like we may have found another favourite place in Bitez, plus its only 1hr transfer from Bodrum airport :D

Yorkshire Robin we did Bitez maybe 5 years ago stayed at the Toloman which was number 1 on trip advisor at the time.We had visited several places in Turkey and had done Icmeler. When we were there the prices were much more expensive than Icmeler and there were huge great boulders...man made ...in the sea. Also a massive problem with dogs roaming the beach and fighting on the beach. For us no comparison to Icmeler. And we have visited several places in Turkey.Icmeler for friendliness and lower prices and the lay out of the resort can't be topped. :)

Hi Juju Bitez must have changed in the last few years, the prices where the same as we were paying in Icmeler last year. There were definately no boulders in the sea it was a gentle walk in with a sandy bottom. We loved it the staff in the restaurants were just as friendly and helpful as they are in Icmeler and the food was perfect. We will no doubt enjoy Icmeler as we always do but would not hesitate to book Bitez again.
