hi! im just wondering if any of you know what carrat the white gold is in icmeler

Standard is 14, white gold is my thing and I've been lucky enough to get quite a bit of mine in Icmeler

thanks for that, my hubby got me a lovely white gold chain with a diamond anchor pendent made in trinidad for my birthday and without sounding ungrateful, the chain is a bit on the skimpy side for me. i was just wondering if a jeweller in icmeler (maybe you could reccomend one) would possibly be able to either extend it or melt it down and add more gold to make it bigger but i think trinidadian gold is 16 carrat, any advice is much appreciated

You could ask Mehsun at Cartier Jewellers opposite ICR and next turning left.My wife has been going there for 16 years and has always been completely satisfied,as he repairs and makes jewellery to any design that you take to him.He even made BMW earrings matching the badge on his motor bike for our son.But it always pays to shop around even though I know this fellow is very very fair.

thats a great help so thanks very much to both of you, i have bought a few pieces of jewellery in icmeler over the years but i've never had any repairs/alterations done before and this chain and pendent cost a small fortune as a the diamonds were hand picked so although im sure 99.9% of the jewllers are decent you do here the odd story of rip off merchants and really dont want to take a chance with this necklace. thanks again for your help and im sure with your advice i'll be coming back home sorted out!!!

Vidat changed the stones in a ring I wanted as he had it in the window with cubic zirconia and I wanted diamonds. He has this nifty little diamond detector tool so you know you're getting diamonds - demonstrated it on 2 of my other rings, my engagement ring that has a diamond, another ring that has crystals to show it was authentic before doing on the stones he'd changed. He sourced some black diamond stones for my OH as he wanted some stud earrings with no pressure at all to buy if we didn't like them when he got them. He'll be happy to give his advice on what you are wanting, he's just that type of guy. Well worth a visit even if you don't get him to do the work you want in the end as he's very knowledgeable

is more on the same street as icmeler ink and next to a nice shoe shop?? i think i bought some earrings for my dad a few years back from there. 23rd august cant come round quick enough even though it's only been 8 weeks since we were last there
