duty free at dalaman

im arriving at dalaman from newcastle on sun morning at midnight can i get duty free there or should i get it in newcastle im after a couple of good scottish malts... didnt know you could visit the duty free on arrival thought you could only visit on leavind also may be shut unless its 24 hr.

Hi Geordiedave, the duty free shop for arrivals at Dalaman is next to the luggage claiming area.Not sure about your request for Malt though, might be better to get it at Newcastle.

Buy your malts in a supermarket in the UK and put in your suitcase as duty free prices are more expensive whether bought in UK or Turkey

Get your normal scotch or vodkas in duty free in UK as cheaper

If you do decide you want more when you land in Turkey, they will sell you just one litre of spirits and 2 liqeurs per passport
