Postby smc4761 » 15 Jun 2012 19:59

There were many on the forum who were away in May and a few of th june holiday makers have also returned.

What has happened to all the reviews, there have only been about 6 so far. So folks if you have been please do a review which will help others

I do intend to do one, this first week back has just gone by so quick! Promise I'll make more of an effort and get one on (hopefully) later today :)

As promised - review is on, but grab a cuppa first as it's a long one! (If I can figure out photo bucket, I'll put some pics on too :) )

Great review, noodles - very informative. Would be nice to see more people posting reviews - love reading about other people's experiences in icmeler (especially as I missed my holiday earlier this month :( )

Noodles, thanks for the review. You mention a fishing trip with a person called Savas, how do you book it? Our 11 year old son has asked to go fishing, we have never been before, any idea the best time of the day etc?

Did you press the save button instead of the submit button? I have done that so often.

To check goto user control panel and manage drafts to check, you can then edit it and submit.

I think most trip booking places have him - we booked at the one a couple of doors up from cupids - just ask if they do savas boat, they'll know what you mean. We've always been told the morning trip is better than the afternoon trip, but because of that we've never done the afternoon trip so can't say for sure! I'm sure your son will love it, I'd never fished before til we first went and now I'm hooked (no pun intended! )

Great review noodles, and thanks for the tip about the fishing trips as it's something our 2 boys (both 14) really want to do.

Noodles - great review but why did you avoid Bamboo. They were closed for 3 days for apparently hassling people by the mayor - didn't think they were any worse that any others.

It's just a personal viewpoint following some not very nice things said to a forum member earlier in the season. If it had happened to us then we would have been in lots of trouble as my OH would not have walked away, so, best avoided for us!
