Woo Hoo - Just booked for Jul 31st - Vela

It was beginning to look like we wouldn't get a holiday this year but we finally scraped together enough moolah and have booked two weeks at the Vela for 31 July.

We stayed there last year and we're really impressed. Bright, clean airy rooms, free Wi-Fi and aircon and a good location. Although it is all-inclusive, we only stay for breakfast. So the comments about the usual all-inclusive food fayre aren't a problem for us. Last year we were out all day at the beach and spent most evenings having dinner in town. We did eat dinner a few times and it was fine but if you plan on eating there morning, noon and night you will find it a little repetitive.

Last year the car back to Dalaman picked us up at 3am and the hotel even made us packed breakfasts which we were very impressed with give it is a budget hotel.

So we're on the 7 week countdown. Anyone planning a walk up to the flag again this year? This'll be our seventh visit to Icmeler.
