Senem apartments

Hi everyone would just like a bit advice from anyone who has stayed at these apartments I have booked them for 2 weeks in august after reading really good reports on them but my mum is disabled and uses a mobility scooter I did check with travel agent not icr unfortunately ( big mistake on my part ) that it had disabled access etc which they said it did but looking at more reviews and photos it looks like its steps up to the apartments getting myself worried now

these apartments staff and the family that run it are wonderful, we stayed last year and are going back again this july... you are correct there are a few steps leading to the apartments maybe 4-5?? i can t recall if there was a slope also...im sure someone who has stayed here also will confirm this.
