Hi everyone
Rami contacted me yesterday on behalf of the owner of Bamboo regarding the problems I had with the guy on the door and the abuse I and my family was given. I have been apologised to and assured that the situation will be dealt with swiftly and the man concenered will be given his notice. The owner of The Bamboo has stated that this type of treatment from his staff is completely unacceptable and it will not happen again. He has asked me to inform all you lovely forum members that he was extremely upset with the member of staff who was giving out abuse and he wants to assure everyone that it will never happen again. He has thanked me for bringing this matter to his attention.
So a very big thank you to all the forum members for there support in getting this matter dealt with. Hopefully now The Bamboo can build a good reputation with good staff. Hopefully this will be the end of this nasty matter. Only time will tell.

Oh that's really good news that you got an apology. You certainly deserved one after the way you were spoken to.
I know the owner of Bamboo, known him for many years & he's a nice guy, so I was surprised when I read that you had recieved this treatment and thought that he would be upset by this. I am glad that man will be dealt with, what a disgusting thing to say to someone.

Hopefully Bamboo will now have a good season and will recover their reputation as I'm sure it was the case of one man ruining it for the rest of them and I know some of the other staff in there are really lovely guys who work really hard to make sure you have a good night!

Good news Tracey and it was the right outcome ,as you say hopefully now he has gone the lads will have a good season as i know a few lads who work there and they really are lovely would be a shame for one to spoil it for the nice ones whom in my experience have gone out there way to ensure we have had a great night
