Oscars & magic garden

Hi all
Does anybody know if Oscars & Magic garden have had any work done we heard a rumour last year that it was going to become one bar ? Had some good nights in both bars

Interesting, I know that Mugi & her family (Magic Garden) have been trying to sell their house & bar for 2 years now but had been asking too much.

Just thinking about the Magic Garden- next door is the Cactus Bar with Jem the barman; Oscars cafe/tearoom is then next door is it not?

Its a lot longer than 2years that they have been trying to sell the Magic Garden, I might be wrong but think its at least 5 years

You're probably right Sue thinking about it, we used to have frequent meet-ups (every 2nd night or so) but only visit ocassionally now, doesn't have the same atmosphere these days. Our friends don't frequent since TV installed & young guys working instead of family greeting & serving. We always had the large round table below tree in centre of the garden, many laughs & great times then, Mugi used to reserve it for us back then. Last we heard her engagement was off.

Hi All
Just wondered if any updates on Kactus bar & Magic garden if they have merged into one or not ?
Thanks for all the photos and posts people have been putting on really does get you excited to come back 12 weeks to go cant wait looking forward to see the square we are staying at Lighthouse and our room overlooks the square will be lovely to look out .
Anyone going away soon have a brilliant time and look forward to reading your reports and lookin at your photos
