Jeep Safari Trip

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a great Christmas and all the best for 2012!

Just wondering what the Jeep Safari trips and if they are safe.

Hi Becca and Happy New Year.

We have done many jeep safari trips over the years, and would certainly recommend them.... a great fun day out, but be prepared to get very wet and very dirty.

If you do decide to go, I wouldnt advise taking much with you, and certainly anything you do take, put in a plastic bag. We usually wear swimwear,sunglasses, shorts and take a towel. You can hire the super soaker water pistols at some of the shops in Icmeler (we hired ours from one near Romance Palace). Or you can hire them on the jeep, but last year we found that they were only able to be used for a certain time, rather than all day, as in the past. May have something to do with some idiots filling them with sea water to squirt people with.

Jeep Safari is great fun, don't think I had laughed so much in my life :lol:

It was really a fun day out from start to finish. There are some different jeeps, some look older than others. If you book through ICR theirs are good jeeps and I would say they are safe.

Can't wait to go again in June and take our 6 year old grandson with us, I'm sure he will enjoy the water guns
