Micky, there have been lots of threads on this subject in the past. Here's a link to one of the more recent, which should be of help to you:

No need to apologise - was just pointing out that there is quite a bit of information on this if you want to do a search for it. Best bit of advice is to get it done just before you go home, as you've got to be careful about keeping it out of the sun, sea water, etc.

If she want it on her hand, get it done bout 3 day before you go home, I caught mine on my hand luggage and scraped it, and jumped about 3 feet in the air in pain. The poor man at Mannie airport came running over to see what was wrong

Another note on getting it done on the last day.........My partner got one done on the first day of our holiday last year .....yeah **** thats wot i said buuuutttttttt it healed absolutley brilliantly over there didnt even scab over must have been with all the creams on it.... I got a full head of foils at the same time while waiting on him and to be honest his tattoo was safer than my hair ...its still recovering may have to cut it short for this year so badly broken :D

i got one on the last night of my holiday last august from the tattooist in the underground market (not sure if they still there this year though ) i bought the cream they offered which was nearly as expensive as the tattoo tbh but best thing i did cause my tattoo healed far better and quicker than the other 2 i had done back home

Is that the Bepanthen cream ? It's £6 ish in boots, worth buying before you go out if your getting a tatt out there, although I used vaseline, was just as good.

Yes Shamus is still underground, got mine there this year.

Not at all, I had Dad on right hand and Mum on left hand. Thinking of having one side followed on to make a wrist bracelet tatt. Or maybe some wording down my left arm next. Icmeler just makes me want tatt's

Had this one on my shoulder too

Will post the hand ones when I open my other laptop as the piccies are stored on there

Vereee cute puss-cat Colette, I thought it might've been one of those Cheryl Cole hand designs on your hand - they are quite intriguing. :D

I like those type of hand designs that you mean. Would quite like one on my lower back.

Owww.... that'll hurt a bit!
I'll just stick to the sunbathing in Icmeler.... and refreshing with Efes of course!
We were in Ovacik a couple weeks back and one of the tatoo shops were advertising to do your name anywhere for £10..... don't know if thats a good deal or not?

Tis good but depends on what ink they use. I paid 90 Lira for my mum and dad ones and 80 Lira for the rosie one in the piccie.

Get yourself some vodka down your neck and go get a tattoo
