walks

im not one to sit around all day. i like to walk about and see views etc. anyone know any nice places to visit? preferably with a little bar along the way for the all important efes

The walk along the coast to Marmaris is lovely and can take anything from 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on how far you walk into marmaris and of course on what speed you walk at. You will see the ice rink, lovely see views and plenty of bars on the way. Some of the hotels ain Marmaris on the front particularly at the start of Marmaris are lovely. If you are looking for a long walk its worthwhile going as afr as the marina, some beautiful boats and the castle is also worth a visit in Marmaris

It is hot during the day so best done early moring and take plenty of water

You could always take a walk up the hill to the flag if you feel up to it,the view from up there is stunning

thanks. i allready have those 2 walks in mind. only 4 weeks to go now 6 month of dieting lost almost a stone. put it straight back on in 2 weeks

Yes i dare say there are plenty of places for you to walk with some stunning views,but the temperature in icmeler can be unbearable at times, and you may not want to walk long distances for a great length of time. you will need to stop at regular intervals.Just walking back from the beach puts you a good sweat on in that heat !!!!!
