My Mam And Dad are out in Icmeler at the moment,and have been talking to a lad that use to work at the Diva bar and has now opened his own bar Eddie's bar.. We go in August and my parents go again in September for another month... The question that i have is how much dute can you take in to Turkey..As my Dad has put me on the spot and told him that i would bring some out for him.. There agian he'll have to find me first.. Only joking

Hi - you can take out a lot more than you can bring back. We very often take spirits out for a friend of ours. I am sure at manchester they told us you can take something like 6litres each - I know it was definitely more than we could carry and we usually take 3 litres each. Hope this helps.

Hi if you ask at duty free they will let you know, we took 5litres each out it was just a bit difficult to carry them ! we did lose a bottle of vodka in dalaman airport but manchester duty free was really good because we were only picking up the 70cl bottles so they took them back and got the litre bottles instead. We have been going to Icmeler since 2005 and it has always been 5 litres each at Manchester Airport.. but in 2009 it went down to 1 litre each

Missed out on Icmeler last year so im not sure what it was in 2010.

Hope its back to 5 litres this year

I took out 8 litres last year, it was difficult to carry but no one questioned or stopped me. I was not aware that there was a limit on what you could take out.
