B and B OR Self catering for us as well.we went half board once and hated it.my better half is almost tea total so all inclusive is a waist of money for us.we usually have breakfast in the hotel and a walk at night to find a nice restaurant for our choice of dinner.in sixteen years we have never made a meal in any apartment we have stayed in.the freedom to choose what time you eat and where you eat ,wins it for us every time.

We have been going to turkey for about 17 years and have gone a/l 3 year and have no complaints.
we don't stay at the hotel all day but we don't tend to drink beer during the day just soft drinks and coffee (getting to old for drinking all day )so if we where to add up the £'s for soft drinks and coffees then I would say a/l is good value for us as hubby loves the coffee and may have about 7 or 8 during the day .
we do have a drink in the evening at the hotel and then go out for a few beers in icmeler as I bars need trade as well
