The diet I use is the Redrhino diet.
You can eat as much as you want but dont swallow.

Hiya, I do slimming world and it works a treat. Red days are protein with a little carb, green days the opposite way round. So on a green day you could have a shed load of pasta and tomato sauce with garlic and veg. Red days for eg chicken, fish, lean meat with loads of veg or salad. Fill up on fruit, low fat yoghurt, and veg by the bucket load. Hope this helps. Any further help please don't hesitate to ask. I lost 2 stones, and hubby lost 3! And you are never hungry. A big plus if like me you like your food. You can even have loads of low fat chips on a green day! Yum

as scotlands answer to billy bunter. i recommend the Guinness and vindaloo diet. two weeks of that and you will have to clear out the fridge to sit in.also buy larger sizes and tell everyone the diet is working.its either that or cutting down on the food and drink.i know what one works for me

You should of started yesterday - never put a diet off because you will never come to it. I agree with hifi - you could even go swimming (if you have a local swimming baths) but don't eat ANY junk food! Not even the tinyest biscuit - trust me, my Dad has tried dieting but had the odd nibble here and there which is no good. I hope you did start today and good luck with it :D
