Hey, sorry to be a pain but if i was to book a holiday with you guys. could i pay all the balance at the same time instead of just paying a deposit because i had a quote yesterday and i was told i would just pay £75 and the rest of the money when i arrive at turkey. is there anyway i could pay it all at once?

of course you can. Taking 1/3 deposit of your total cost is designed for your comfort however anyone who wants to pay it all at once or balance before leaving home is welcome to as long as it is arranged for accordingly.
