meet the dolphins ICR excursion

Has anyone lurking round here done this trip? If so any ideas if there is a minimum age restriction for the meet the dolphins trip £40pp one, also any idea what sort of departure time and get back time etc this one is? Also does it need to be booked in advance or can we book once in Icmeler ?
