Geordie bar?

We came in a few times last year but everytime we passed this year there only seemed to be 1/2 tables and the rest of the place was empty.

The Geordie Bar instantly went down hill the moment that Christine and her husband Ugur sold the place.

Christine was the Geordie Bar and contributed to the atmosphere which at that time was always buzzing, a great venue to meet up.

Good Luck to the new owners I wish them the best with their commitment.

We can't get to Icmeler this year but always loved the Geordie bar and would definately go back.

Well now I'm confused as when I walked past the Geordie bar last Sunday there was a sign to say 'Under new management by Lydia and Dick from England' and the sign wasn't there the week before??

Only just remembered about this post.

I came back about 2 weeks ago and forgot to say it was closed, not sure as to when simon and rose finished with it but they no longer have any involvement in it!

Here's hoping someone can give it a new lease of life next year!!

Will definitley keep you posted next year as I'm off for at least 3 months!

I started a topic on this in August and for some reason it was locked after about 2 replys. It shut when we was there in August, we ate there about the 3rd day we was there, they was very short of staff then, always seemed empty to me. The day after it shut we did see a few people in there as if having a meeting.

it was shut from early august when i was there and never opened again while i was there which was until 8th september
seemingly it was up for sale again or something but the price was too high so no one was buying it
thats what a few turks told me
