We are going to Icmeler in 2 weeks and our flights provider (Custom Flights) went bust , luckily we got new ones and the claim has been settled by CAA.
Tickets arrived last week, we're flying with Onur Air.
I read in the paper this morning that many more travel companies will collapse in Sept/Oct.
My question is ,if my tickets have arrived, are they already paid for, and if so has Onur Air been paid and if not where is the money, is it still with the agent and when does Onur Air get paid.
Sorry if I sound a bit thick
but I would really like to know this , any help would be appreciated.
