Our freinds stayed there and we went to visit them on a few occasions, it is in a wonderfull location set on the edge of the forest, the hotel is really nice and even the sun beds were hardwood instead of the usual plastic,

It is a good walk to the centre but the dolmus runs regular and costs at the time 1 lira, i wanted to go there this year but they were booked up for the weeks we wanted.

All in all a really good hotel.

Hope this helps.

Hi chris
Take a look at this link http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8& ... 8e86a260a2 that will give you an idea of distance. I have emailed you.

Have stayed here the past couple of years and i suppose the fact that we returned speaks volumes. it is a great hotel. I won't lie and say it is a stroll into the town it is NOT. It is a struggle to walk to the nearest supermarket which it about 10 minutes away in that heat!. That said in the evenings there is almost always a dolmus waiting to take you into town. During the day you may have to wait for a while. Believe me you will have a great time - defo one of the better choices.

Hi Chris and Hayely
we stayed at the julian foresta couple of years ago, as said by the above, they are lovely apartments, couldnt fault them in any way, we enjoyed the walk down to the resort centre, stopping at a few bars on the way  and also remember that all the restaraunts and most bars will run you back when you want to go home, this is complimentary(where else would you get that)? and they will come and collect you from you hotel/apartment , you will have a fantastic time :D

Thanks Erik,
I will not require this Dolmus myself but I thought it was a question worth asking on behalf of the people who will be staying at the Julian Forest as returning after your night out is a lot hard to do than when you are heading out.Taxis are available but a regular use of these can add heavily to the cost of the holidays.
