Looks quiet this year !!!!

Looking at the webcam Icmeler looks very quiet this year
Are people going else where ?

I have just looked at website and lots of cars about, maybe they only just waking up ..lol

The webcam gives a deceiving view of the numbers going to Icmeler this year.
The Hotel we use who we keep in touch with have been full all season, this has never occurred since we started using it over 10 years ago.
Restaurants are also enjoying good trade to the point that at the popular ones the service is taking a bit longer so people are having to be patient while they wait.

Indeed, I'm pretty sure there are quite a few places fully booked this season. You don't really get the full impression from the web cam, although it's great just to be able to get that little glimpse of "paradise"!

As Goldtrail went bust and most of the people who stay with them in Icmeler are in all inclusives then the people you see walking the streets are usually them as they don't spend money in bars (majority of them) then they are now missing (night times).

Day times as it is 55 degrees everyone on the beach or hiding in the shade with a cold one

Ive been speaking to friends from a bar in icmeler and they have been real busy this season carnt wait to get there this time next week i will be there no doubt sweating and in and out the pool

hi all my brother has been speaking to a friend who works at a hotel in marmaris and he says that in the six years he has been there he has never known it so busy he says that they have picked up alot of trade from people choosing not to go to greece, we are not going to icmeler till the first week of september so hopefully there will be plenty of people there although not to busy cannot believe the teperatures that i have been reading plus the bbc weather site is only saying low 40s hope everyone is having a great time .
