jet 2 inflight entertainment

Hi has anyone flown with jet 2 to dalaman is there any inflight enterainment .or is it a good book & alcohol .rethink dont think i will bother with the book .

I have flown with them lots but never to Dalaman before. They haven't had entertainment on previous flights as far as I can remember but my sons friend works for them and I will ask her if this has changed - I hope so we fly out on 10th September with them and I'm not good at sitting still for 4.5 hours staring out of the window

looks like alcohol for you too then .we fly out 20th aug

Just checked with someone in the know - no entertainment on board - looks like a good book then - at least until the alcohol kicks in and I nod off

We flew Jet2 in June. There wasn't any entertainment but the flight was excellent. For a start you have a hold luggage allowance of 22 kg and a hand luggage allowance of 10 kg. When we printed off our boarding passes each one had a £5.00 voucher on it. The vouchers could be used when a single transaction was £25.00. Three gin, three vodka and 5 tonics were £26.00. This made it £21.00 after deducting the £5.00 voucher.

There was also a special deal on Jack Daniels and Bombay Saphire. Two bottles £25.00 - £20.00 after using the £5.00 voucher.

Who needs movies?

We also found that the cabin crew were much more friendly and considerate than on other airlines.

Our flight back to the UK was delayed due to the French air traffic controllers working to rule. When we took off the cabin crew came to see everyone who had pre-booked a meal and asked if the food was required immediately. Some people were starving and opted for food immediately. The remainder were told 'Just buzz when you want your meal'. We opted to 'buzz' and as soon as we did our meal was brought.

10/10 for Jet2 as far as I'm concerned.

Me too on the offers, got 2 x 1 litre of Bells for £18.00 from Manchester in May, spot on for those nightcap or 3 on the balcony..... bliss

We all come back on the same flight on the 20th so if you're there for 14 days then we may be able to swop tales on the way home.

Tried to buy OH some of 'the' shorts but were out of stock - looks like you bought the last pair!

We are there for 14 days back 20th evening flight. Not long now, believe the shorts are still in Hull Primark according to another poster.

There are no flights to Dalaman from Scotland although Jet2 do fly to other destinations from Edinburgh so there may be a chance that one day this could happen.
