Hi Everyone

I have just read in another forum (forgive me!!!) that the new mayor of icmeler has stopped bars using the word Dream in their names???

Can anybody confirm whether this is true or not?? seems a shame for Dream Boys to lose the dream!!!!

I think you will find they have been asked not to use the word Boys in the name, Dream is fine.

Hi i think you will find that the Dream Boys is now named the Private Bar? as it is owned by the Private Hotel and since the refit the name was changed.

Wonder Boys has also changed their name and dropped boys and added something else.

Yes! He done this a while ago, Stopped the bars using the word "boys"

dreamboys got changed to private, but is now back to dreamboys aparently.
Wonder boys, is now wonder bar.

I don't see it as a big deal though they are still the same bars just a name change, plus i will still call it dreamboys even if it says private

I believe that the Dream Three Bells has also had to drop the "Dream" part of their name too.

A bit silly really, where's the problem, I'd assume it's a clean up by the mayor. Take the boys out the name and then we wont have that image of young lads dancing on the bar, I'm a married bloke with 2 girls and been to Icmeler once in 2008, going back again in August this year. Them lads dancing on the bar was something amazing to me, it's part of Icmeler.
