Domates corbasi (tomato soup)
It`s a local type of mozzarella cheese. Don`t put the cheese into the soup, take a spoonfull of soup and put a little of the cheese into the spoon, that way all the cheese does not melt in the soup and you dont get it all over your chin. Also my favourite when in Turkey. Ask for it in turkish and you will be respected alot more " doh mah tez - chor basi lutfen.

I love the tomato soup you get in the restaurants, but I'm sure it's home made and not from a packet. Having said that my son gets us to bring home packets of chicken soup as he won't eat any other kind.
