Back home at last

We returned home after 24 nights in Icmeler and it was too long!! The old saying 'too much of a good thing' rings true. Will put a review on later and uploading photos as i type. Finally met some other members, SWC24 and Erik the Viking and us (does John count ha ha) went to vinces on one of the Fridays, I accosted Gene one evening after spotting him and Anne in Buffaloes (i think it was Buffaloes, sorry to both ha ha) and I spotted Tinkerbelle and Mark in Havana bar and Zaza introduced me to Wimpy and family so that was a first to meet other forum members. Ventured into Marmaris a few times which we haven't done before and also took a few buses (9 in total and 1 taxi 
)to visit Akayaka which is stunning, it can be done much easier but hey ho we were new to it. All in all had a good time but just a little too long 
My daughter, partner and 2 granddaughters are due to land in Dalaman within the next 30 mins so will be waiting to hear their opinions as Icmeler virgins. Thanks to Donna for organising the boat trips and poor Shaz who i also introduced myself to in supermarket under ICR office.

Struggling with pics as usual have managed to get them onto photobucket but stuck now and after 4 hours sleep have surrendered. Will try again tomorrow, thanks for the welcome home

Glad you had a good holiday jozzyd, we're going for 19 nights this time, will let you know when I return if it was too long but at this point in time just sooo looking forward to it.

I'm sure no matter how much time I spent in Icmeler, it wouldn't be long enough...really hoping I can manage to get back in October

We came back on the 29th May and hav'nt felt warm since,don't know what happened to the "heat wave",anyway it will soon be the 21st Sept. and we will be returning for the sun....
