I know you are not supposed to mention other travel companies, but we are flying with the above, if you can guess what it says!!!???!!! and we havent received our tickets, we fly in 23 days (and counting), I notice that they mention that you wont receive anything and just to make sure you have your reference number, is this normal as I have noticed on some posts that people get e-tickets, but apparently we arent getting anything if anyone can help, thanks

don't worry - you dont need tickets any more - hardly any airlines use them at all.

if you have been given a reference number then thats fine - you just need that at the check in desk.

I have flown many times - just with a piece of paper confirming my booking. All your details are stored on computer and I have checked in before with NO paperwork - just handing over my passport.

When we were in the queue at dalaman last week to check in (and boy was it a queue!) I was checking this out and I never seen anybody with tickets like you used to get-the little cheque book style. Everyone if anything had pieces of paper printed off computers and some people just had passports.

I've just received an email for my holiday it only a piece of paper with flight voucher printed on it that I have to cut it up myself along with one for my accommodation. Its amazing how technology has changed everything. I think I prefered the good old days when you got you tickets a couple of weeks before you go.

We dont go until the 21st Sept
