are there any hols left

My niece is trying to book a holiday in Icmeler.
She says her friend at work has been trying to book one and can't find any availability for when they want to go.
I have advised them to join the forum and to contact ICR.

I have read on other threads that it is quiet this year in Icmeler.
I wonder why there aren't many holidays available then
It just doesn't make sense.

It could be a cut back on flights, no good having accomodation if you can`t get there.

I dont know about availability this year in Icmeler but we just came back last night and we didn't find it quiet. In fact the last few days we were there a lot of new people were arriving.

Hi Skilly, Remember a couple of Travel companies who catered for Turkish holidays stopped operating this year and this has had an effect on the numbers of aircraft available from the UK.

I was there in June and i found it quite busy, but htere should still be plenty of accomodation, i am sure ICR travel will fix you up.

I think Scottravel going under has certainly had a major impact on the availability of flights from Scottish airports. Been trying to get flights for September/October and there's hardly anything, and what there is is outrageously expensive!

Yes the accomodation seems to be there, but the amounts of flights lost is rediculous. All the papers and adverts are telling us to go to Turkey and yet when you come down to getting flights they are non-existant. We were absolutely amazed last month when we were trying to plan our 25th anniversary next October as to the amount of flights available from Man, Birm. or East Mids, we booked it there and then and feel we would not be able to get one if we left it any longer.

July and August was practically full in Icmeler for 2009 in October 2008 if that makes any sense.

The only accommodations we have available really are the ones that we have signed contracts with in the last few weeks as they were guaranteed to scottravel and we have them now

Thanks admin. I have just phoned my niece and given her the phone no for your Liverpool office as she does not have access to her computer at present.
I hope she finds something because she lost her holiday last year through the Excel collapse.

Hi Skilly, Have you checked on the availibility of flights into Bodrum/Milas as ICR also do transfers to Icmeler from this airport.
