has anyone done a dolphin swim i would like to try it in june but am not a good swimmer and dont like deep water how deep do you have to go

the water is very deep but you have a large buoyancy jacket on so there is zero chance of you sinking below your shoulders.

i'm thinking of treating my wife to this for her birthday,

go to the
marmaris palace
hotel on the way to marmaris (strangely enough!) the dolphin pens are on the sea and the booking office is at the bottom of the steps, open every day except saturdays.

Hi Donna, I see it hasn't been included in the excursions list as yet so can you post prices etc?
Thanks.

Does anyone know the current price to swim with the Dolphins and can you book this a few days in advance
24 Apr 2009 17:46
Look at the post 2 up from yours davie
24 Apr 2009 19:35
As i have posted before its £28 for 15 minutes
24 Apr 2009 19:48
Hmm nearly as expensive as 15 minutes on a jet ski
Thats a lot of money to swim with a fish for 15 minutes (yes I know its a mammal) but if its what people want then its their money I suppose
24 Apr 2009 20:56
it sounds a lot but that is time dedicated to you alone where the dolphin will tow you round the pen, you feed it and it gives you a fishy kiss! if there are about 6 or you then you stay in the water with them for the full time, around 1.5 hours
24 Apr 2009 21:07
Aha so the trick is to book the whole family in at once so a family of 4 would £120 ish for an hour

According to the website for the company that owns it they quote 80 euro for 15 mins so that is more or less £80
