I remember reading something similar to this a couple of months ago. Try doing a search for this on the tool at the top of the page.

Thanks Reesy...seems I need to chase the good life elsewhere. I love/like the turkish people/way of life but it seems too corrupt/difficult to make any inroads.

I feel the time is right to do something along these lines(in partnership with chef bro-in-law)... but the attached thread is sufficient to put me off...

Will continue to holiday there though... maybe year after next :-)
