MISSING BAG

Hello my friend arrived in her hotel at 7.30am Friday morning with her 4 children we she got her luggage out off the private transfer may i add this transfer company is not (ICR) the driver drove off with out letting her get her hand luggage from inside the mini bus she shouted and waved to him to stop but he just drove off. She phoned the local office up and they said no bag was left in the minibus but they were the last drop off and she states her bag was there it had her oldest boys ds and games in it her childrens holiday money which they had saved all year round.
The same transfer company picked us up at 11.30am on that same day i asked the lad and all he said oh i was asleep i dont know but he clearly did as you could tell by his face.
We will never use this company again and will be using ICR in future also on the way to the airport the driver drove like a lunatic which was really scary i said to my hubby im going to complain when i get home the driver then pulled into petrol station bought us all drinks and crisps and a ice lolly which has never happened in the past we dont normally get anything.
Does any one know what my friend can do to get her bag back there are still in Marmaris till Thursday night i feel terrible for them as its there first time in Turkey and we recommened it to them and this happens

thats dreadful .....only bit of advice i can give, is fill a police report in, so she can claim on the insurance when she gets home..maybe write everything down how it happened so it stays fresh in her mind.....and see if the owner/rep of where she was staying can be any help, as to what she should do next

Thanks ive just texted her and told her to phone me and ill explain what she has to do like i say she got 4 kids with her she is ultra all inclusive so she dont have to worry about buying food and drinks etc the money in the bag was her childrens spending money which they had saved all year for they first holiday abroad but thanks for advice x

your welcome, i take it she has insurance? she can claim for the ds, etc, but will need proof it has been stolen, i hope she sorts it out.......

So sorry to hear about your friend's bag going missing..... hope she gets something sorted and her views on Icmeler are not clouded.
