I'm so jealous - we've been back a week and I miss Icmeler so much! Can't wait to get back again maybe in September or October. I really envy all of you who are going in the next few weeks - I'll be stuck here wishing I was there too!

Hi Avril, I know the feeling. We go to Icmeler on the 1st August. We started putting a few things in the suitcase today, and my husband said "I feel as if we are sitting around waiting for Christmas to arrive". It is exactly the same kind of feeling don't you think? I hope the next three weeks fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think its going to be a long week just looked at the 5 day weather forcast and unfortunatley its rain every day :( I suppose its only to be expected as its the school summer holidays LOL.Hope everyone has a great time in Icmeler :!: Avril :)

don't know about you helen, but xmas is always a bit of bluff and bluster whereas Icmeler never disappoints & always flys by too quickly!!!!

I usually find that our first week goes quite slow, the second is over in a flash and the third then goes back to being slow. Can't work out the theory for this, but it just does.

I must admit in our house we live and breathe Icmeler. Hopefully one day we hope to be able to go out in March and come back at the end of October. (when we retire and all the mortgate, kids in college etc etc has finished) It is much cheaper to rent an apartment for the season than have all the hassle of buying property.

we went for 3 weeks too one year and did even less than we usually do in a fortnight
we thought we'd got so much time to spend there, there was always tomorrow
before we knew it, it was time to come home ha ha
