Anyone know of any Turkish restruants within the Liverpool area we fancy a night out and fix of Turkish cusine to get us in the mood for our holiday later in the year

The Istanbul in Bold Street I have heard a lot about and always good its at the top towards the bombed out church St Nicholas's I think it is.

Yes the Istanbul is a very nice place and there used to be one down Allerton road but other than that I don't know.

Womble how do you know about the restaurants in Liverpool or have you been doing a bit of moonlighting.

We went the elif a few weeks ago when I was back home in liverpool. The food was really lovely. Only a small place but really enjoyed it. Just top end of Lark Lane.
