I love swordfish and always have some whilst in Icmeler, and I don't really like fish either. It's hard to describe the taste really, but I'd plum for a cross between Chicken and Pork maybe ? with a softer texture.

One of the nicest ways to eat swordfish, is to simply barbecue it, and serve it with lots of lemon and a fresh salad. Yum

I could be wrong but beach barbecues around the resorts are not allowed.

Something to do with not allowing fires or something.

We do use the facilities on Gypsy Beach for this type of thing and all cooked for us
