Turkish Theme night

18 Mar 2008 18:35

We are thinking of trying to get belly dancing classes going in the community centre where I work.
We thought we would organise a Turkish night to introduce these sessions and get it off the ground.
People have asked me for suggestions as to what kind of food should be available as they know I visit icmeler a lot and think I am an expert :o
But for the life of me I can only think of turkish delight and kebabs.
Does anyone have any idea of any easy to make buffet food we could have?
I suppose we could always serve free raki that would get the evening off to a good start,I don't know about the morning after though

Thanks a lot admin, but I wonder if anyone knows where I would be able to buy grape leaves?
Some of those recipes look very healthy and tasty!

The supermarkets around Bold street in Liverpool sell that kind of stuff so you will be able to get it
