Hello,
This is a bit of a long shot, but seems to be the only place I can think of. If you turn left at Tansas and walk up the road past the bakery, there is a shop that sells english birthday cards, wrapping paper etc. I think it's called Pandoras box(?) but is run by a Scottish couple and a Turkish lady. They sell lots of things I've never seen in Icmeler or Marmaris, so they may be able to point you in the right direction if they don't have them.

hahaha we sell holidays not balloons but I may know of a few clowns that would do it 
besides I would be sucking all the gas out of them once I have had a few drinks
