What do they call the big hollow bread that most resturants serve with dips as a starter and is it possible to bake it in an ordinary oven, if it is anyone got a good recipe.

Just thought i would let you know we made this bread tonight,turned out really well,had lurpak with garlic in our little pots,and happily dipped away.Could have been beck in turkey
