Beer

Hi

Just wandered what lager is on sale in the bars, is it all local brews or can one expect the usual varieties on sale in the uk. I probably sound like a lager lout but its just that i dont enjoy spirits.

Hi Darren, and wellcome to the forum.
Local lagers are quite palatable,Effes and Tuborg both come on draught or bottled,also Effes comes in a light or dark beer.
Imported lagers are avaliable but are more expensive, as are imported spirits.

Myselfe I drink Effes, prices range from 2.5ytl to 6ytl depending where you drink,average though is about 3.5ytl for a pint or large bottle.

Hi Gene,is there a beer called 47? or something similair.someone was telling us a couple of years ago,that they tried a beer,i'm sure they said it was called 47,it was a number anyway,and it was apparantly very nice.
Think they bought it from Tansas.

Hahaha,knowing you like your beer so much,thought you would have known that one, :wink:

I actually think i got the number wrong,must have been thinking of the hotel 47 at the time. :oops:
