kleopatra/Long term rentals

Has anyone stayed there this year? We go out for the second time this year and are staying at these apartments. Stayed at the Efem in june/july bloody excellent, i'm hoping these apartments are just as good.
Also does anyone have any contacts for long term rentals (yearly) as we are looking to move out there if possible, Any info much appreciated.
