duty free

Can any one tell me, how much duty free can we take into turkey. I was going to buy some rum from the airport and some wine for me thanks

Hi Kitty,

We flew from Bristol a few weeks ago, there was a notice in the duty free shop which give allowances for non EU countries. A member of staff told me that we could take up to 5 litres of spirits, but as I am not a great wine drinker i didnt notice the allowances for that. Check at the airport for notices or ask someone working in the duty free shop for exact allowances.

Thanks mags 5litres each that should last us a couple of weeks,i dont drink a lot of wine but i thought perhaps a box from the airport should be okay.3 and a half weeks to go and counting
