Does anyone know what this is

Last year i saw a couple eating what looked like a giant stew in a big ceramic pot, it was on fire when brought to the table and was served with lots of bread, I have added this to my list of things to try this year also I like the look of the fried ice-cream shown in the photos forum. Going last week in may for two weeks, Hotel Selen 2 , can't wait.

ive had something like this a few times, sometimes with mash ontop aswell, think its called otterman special

Saw some thing like that in hisaronu last year and it was called TESTI pot, thats basicaly a stew, never trided it but spoke to some folk who had and they say it is quite spicey. It was served on fire and whoever is going to eat it had to dance round it and then chop the top of with a machete, then you go back the next day and collect the pot that has been decorated for you to take home.
