Closing Hours

Hi All

Returning this year after a long illness I have heard that the new mayor has made new rules regarding the closing time of the bars in that they have to stop serving alcohol at 11:30pm and you have to be out of the bar by 12:30am.

Can any one who has been or is in the resort confirm if this is the case.

This was definitely not the case when I was there in May - music has to be turned down at 12 (unless they had shutters or screens) but bars were open until the small hours, if they had the trade.

No, there are still places open until the wee small hours...don't worry!

Me and my wife were there in May and it was very early hours when we was coming out of some bars.

I'm here now and can confirm that I left the cafe vela at about 12:30 and they were still serving and going strong so nothing to worry about.
