We booked for June 2nd 2016 in May 2015 with T***** C***.Fine. Then earlier this year e-mail confirmation of return flight time change.Fine. Last week I go into the airport parking site and book my parking and pay. I just thought I would double check the times and lo and behold the departure flight has breen brought forward by 4 hours.No e-mail confirmation this time.Not Fine.So then I spend 45 minutes trying to find out from the airline what is going on. They confirm the new departure time from Manchester.Now I have to go back into the parking booking and explain the fact that the time has changed and I need to book in four hours earlier.They e-mail me confirmation of the altered itineray.
Lets go forward to Wed June 1st 1500hrs. I'll check ii online.Go into the Manage My Booking,add the date of departure as tomorrow,and my booking reference.Try to retrieve the booking and it says 'No passengers in this booking' At the time of writing this I am once again on hold with the airline and have been for 25 minutes. Icmeler bound if anyone bothers to answer this phone. So everyone PLEASE check and re-check all the details of your holiday plans.I would hate to see someone miss a flight due to the inadequacies of certain airlines.Rant over.Enjoy Icmeler folks.

37 minutes later and the guy on th other end of the phone can't do anything about it.I'll just have to go and queue up at the airport.What is the point in online booking if you can't book online.B*****s

It's just not right,and if possible make a claim for not getting the info and also the stress caused.

I won't book with TC again as they did the same to us a couple of years back. Kept changing the departure flight times. Ended up loosing half a day. Just said its in the T & C 's

Yes I've heard other stories about the problems with their online system (I hear its a fairly new system) & they do seem to be the worst for flight time changes.
I had my flight cancelled in May and had to stay 1 day less than originally planned - although I was notified.
Seems the T&Cs argument is used when it fits.
I hope by now you are at the airport or in the air.
I'm flying with Thomson in July.

Had a similar problem with Monarch although they did keep me informed and offers me a flight on the same day but we still loose almost a day in Icmeler.

We booked with TC for the first time this year. They have already changed our flight and carrier. When we tried to login to "manage my booking" our pre booked seats and baggage have disappeared. You just cannot get through to them by phone - I've tried over several days. I finally went onto "online chat". They found my booking and confirmed the seats etc had been taken off for some reason but could not put them back on. Sod it I thought. I posted on their facebook wall what a shambles it was. Low and behold I was contacted almost immediately and asked to remove the post and they would sort it out. I now have seats again and by way of compensation they have given me meals for the whole family there and back and also an extra luggage allowance. No company likes bad publicity. It is the only industry I can think of that is allowed to treat its customers so badly. They take your money then have you over a barrel!!!
