Morning all, just to ask if anyone knows if the Roof is done yet on the Tandoori and if they're definitely opening this Season?
Just wonder what Abraham, Mico, Smiler and Team are doing whilst waiting for it, if indeed they're still there?? ... No doubt they aren't the only Establishment who turned up totally unaware of the scale of works needed this year to reach the standards needed
But hopefully they get it sorted soon, as no Tandoori Roof = No Webcam

The webcam will no longer be on tandoori roof
We will be fixing it to our own canopy
Waiting for a new part then will be up but do not know when it will arrive

Cheers for the update, looking forward to having a bit of 'Geordie' banter with Abraham

We had a Chinese meal in there last week and it was excellent. I wasn't a fan, after a very expensive, and mediocre meal, a while back, but someone we knew had just started work there and persuaded us to give it another try. We were very pleasantly surprised. It will be on our list for a Chinese in septmber.

Sounds lovely, I missed out on chinese whilst there in May.
Will definitely be visiting in July.

We have walked past on numerous occasions but never went in. My wife is fussy and think she was put off after eating in Chinese that was on main road, can't recall the name. Just up from the underground shop area. I loved it, but I ain't fussy. We may try it this year, as we are going to try a few different places, as well as the long standing favourites.

Nobody is more fussy about their food than me. I'm a nightmare to take out according to my friends, but I really enjoyed my meal at Sizzler. It was tasty, piping hot, and well presented, so I was happy. We've said for a while now that it's hard to get a good Chinese in Icmeler, but I think we've found one. I love Masallah for indian food, but their Chinese lets them down. I might try the indian in Sizzler in October as well.
