SAD NEWS AT THE DIVA

I have had bad news from Eddie at The Diva. Ibo one of the bar staff has died three days ago. Eddie is not sure what has happened to him. I know Ibo was ill when we were there in September and had to return home. I will post again if I hear anymore news.

Yes he was ill but even so it is very sad that he will not be there to amuse and look after us next year.

Aww thats awfull news, the poor man and his poor family.

We were at the Diva in June this year and in hind sight I think he looked ill compared to when we were there September 2005. He was his usual smiling self though - as were all the staff. I am really very sorry to hear this bad news and send regards to all who work there and his family

Ah this is awful news. We stayed at the Devamli this year and spoke to quite a few of the staff when we passed every day, I am not sure who Ibo is but I must have spoken to him, our love goes out to his family at this sad time and all the staff at the Diva.

Just a post to pass on 'deep condonlances' from Pauline and Danny who stay there every May and know him well. They are very saddened at the bad news and so are we as we also knew him a little. Even though he has had health problems, it is still shocking bad news
