Help Needed

I will move this to Techie support later on.
One of our members Dimrie is having trouble logging on. When she puts in her details all she gets is a blank screen. She has deleted cookies etc and nothing is helping.
As she is viewing as a guest can anyone help and give us any ideas. John or Rami if your around at all? Can you check Dianes account make sure nothing is wrong there.

hiya,
i would suggest she does a complete virus scan of her PC, hopefully she has anti-virus, this may find a virus which is causing the problem. do you know if she is on dial up or broadband???
